Our home was built in 2020. For 1 I had to keep calling for them to fix things and no one would return calls. I went to stop in the office to file my complaint and then they sent someone out. After that my AC unit stop working which we had problems when we first moved in with it and the builder told us some times try to hit the braker box and that should work. But we have done that and it was not working. When I went to the office to inform them this problem still assist they informed me the AC guy passed away. I then asked them ok what would they do now that he passed away because this is still a problem. They told me they would reach out I haven't gotten a call nor email. Lovely home but they are unprofessional and don't want to fix their work and cut conners

While the customer service was really good, we and our neighbors had to use it WAY too much. We fared much better than or neighbors who have had a litany of problems. The work is extremely shoddy (one wall in our bathroom that it's supposed to be 90°s are no where near that and don't even match each other). We should've had two sump pumps for the size of our basement, plus it's on the wrong side of the basement. Or neighbor has here under the walk out steps! I definitely would never recommend this builder. They are akin to Dan Ryan builders, seriously.

The house we bought is still under builders warranty by this company and we have had nothing but problems. At first glance everything is fine but the longer we are here the worse it is. The walls are wavy and uneven, same with the floors. Upon getting the carpet changed we saw that the steps do not touch either wall. There is just about a 1/2in gap. They cut the countertop too small for the island so instead of doing it right they just caulked it on there so the counter is not stable. The floors do not go all the way to the walls or cabinets so gaps keep showing up as the vinyl planks shift. None of the closet shelving was anchored so it is all coming out of the walls. They didnt even paint all of the trim there are unfinished spots everywhere. The pantry shelving is horrible, Uneven and

Met with Builders to get a quote on building a house. They said I would have an email the next day, which I thought was very quick. But a week later, nothing. So I called and left a message and it's been a day and half and no return call. They must be very busy and don't need my money! I want good customer service and if I am unable to speak to someone now, how will they be if if they are building a house for me and there are questions or concerns? I'll not deal with them or even recommend them to my worst enemy!

This “company” never answers the phone. Our backyard has been flooding for 4 years now. It’s supposed to drain through the house next door that they also built however, the incline is not steep enough so the water just pools in my backyard. I have called multiple times about this issue, and they still haven’t done anything about at. At this point I’m looking into getting a landscaping Lawer involved
