Tyvola Centre Apartments

I have lived here just over a year now and I absolutely love it! Sandy was amazing during my application and move in process. She was very informative and answered all my questions very quickly and continues to do so! The property is well kept and quiet. Repairs are made by the great maintenance team in a timely, respectful manner. I am very happy I moved here!

I truly love living at this apartment community and have been here for over two years now. The leasing staff is awesome and has always been so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Any time I’ve had questions, they’ve responded promptly and professionally. In the time I’ve lived here, I’ve only needed to submit a couple of work orders, and each time the maintenance team came quickly and took care of the minor issues right away. In addition the maintenance team is always so nice and friendly even when I see them out on the property. The community is gated and spacious, offers great amenities, and hosts community events that allow residents to meet one another and really enjoy the experience of living here. My experience with Tyvola Centre Community for the last 2yrs has been nothing but the best, hands down. I prayed that God would find a peaceful and quiet neighborhood for me to call my home and he did. Thanks so much to Mrs.Sandy Saims, the first person whom I acknowledged when I walked through the doors of the Leasing Center. She was very eager to assist me with finding the best fit for me. At that moment I choose her for my leasing agent. She had such a vibrant and very beautiful personality, why not. She made it such a wonderful experience for me to be able call Tyvola Centre my home. I am new to the area & looking for a place where I feel comfortable & safe. I was told I should look into Tyvola Centre Apartments & I was not disappointed. The moment I walked into their office, I was greeted in a professional manner & with a smile by Madison, one of the leasing staff. Since she was already busy with another guest, she asked if it works be ok if she let another lady assist me. She asked a woman called Crystal if she could help & she agreed without hesitation & with a true Southern smile. We sat down & she asked what i was looking for in an apartment, as well as, in a community. Crystal checked off all the boxes & then showed me floorplans & then the apartments. Having had to relocate several times so far in different parts of the country due to my job I can tell you, this has been the best experience so far! The transition was smooth as silk! The staff helpful & knowledgeable, great customer service! Shout out to Sandy who took care of everything to ease my move in. Great apartments, great location! Highly recommend! Thank You everyone
