I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!! The attention of the office staff is very bad I left the office crying the woman offended me, she treated me badly just because I'm Latina and I don't speak English very well although I speak it a little and I can communicate and there was a misinterpretation on her part and there you can see very well her racist position towards me and I'm only looking for a rent for my parents who are old and sick, therefore every month I will put a review about this place so that everyone takes them into account until that lady calls me and She apologized to me, she was an elderly lady who was in the office in a very bad way, they should change her immediately

Lived here for seven years straight, had it's ups and downs, mainly just crazy neighbors. But as soon as we were leaving the ladies up front were jerks, came to our home and yelled at my mother for the house being "dirty" and apparently saying we left my emotional support animal there when we didn't. The ladies are Beverly and Darla. Darla is very fake to your face and Beverly is too, Darla is more rude and doesn't even know how to do her job. Honestly I loved this place until we got to see their true colors. Charging us for late fees even though we paid everything. I don't recommend this place, they will treat you awful. I hope this place gets shut down, bug infestation, rats, rude neighbors, they raised the rent multiple times for no reason. Ridiculous place.

Great property! Management will make sure that you’re taken care of; very welcoming and feels like home. Everyone in the community is very nice and rarely noisy. I had enjoyed my time here and hope to find another property as wonderful as these.

Great people, Great management... This place is amazing. Thank you ladies for everything.... Changing my review because it seems like were going back to the old ways where we arent told when the bug guy comes. Nothing got sprayed because we werent told. I can also see that things are getting done again!

Really nice place, very grateful and fortunate to have a nice place with my fixed income. However, they raised my rent 3 times in a year. Great community, but at this rate I'll be homeless. Regardless, I've enjoyed living here. However, maintenance hasn't gotten anything done since Robert left. That guy fixed everything and he did it with a sense of urgency. If this continues this place will eventually be run down.
