Two Nine North Apartments

I have been contacting this apartment complex since October regarding my security deposit, which I am legally entitled to receive. It is now almost New Year’s, and I have received little to no response other than vague excuses that it was “mailed,” yet nothing has arrived. This is unacceptable and illegal. Former tenants should not have to chase their own money for months. This is my money and my right, and the lack of communication and accountability from management is beyond frustrating. If you are considering renting here, be warned: getting your security deposit back may turn into a months-long battle. I strongly do not recommend renting here

This apartment building is not worth the price. Every amenity you might be excited for is broken and they take months to fix them. The coffee, the hot tub, the treadmills, all broken for months. One of the office ladies is very rude. Also, the kitchen cabinets aren't wide enough for plates and drawers aren't wide enough for cutlery organizers, it's bizarre. Would not recommend this apartment building.

The property "manager" Jen is unprofessional and neglectful. She spends most of her time sitting in her office socializing with one tenant instead of handling her responsibilities. Maintenance issues and resident concerns go ignored, and it's clear she has little interest in actually managing the property. Very disappointing experience. Look closely at how dirty the hallways and carpets are, this place is disgusting especially for how expensive it is. Also, if your'e planning on moving here, please ask them when they plan on fixing the hot tub! We would love to know!

Applied in April 2025and accept paid refundable security deposit. Ended up not choosing this apt complex . It's now September 2025 and still haven't received my security deposit and have been continuously ignored and given the run around. I truly dont think it's even legal to do so . It's been almost 5 months for a simple return of a refundable security deposit. It's insane .
