Do not rent from these people. When I signed the lease they told me if I had to break the lease I’d have to pay the last months rent + 30 days. My fault for taking the word from the leasing agent Meghan because my daughter’s boyfriend knew her. I should have read the contract more thoroughly. I had to pay $3596 plus the last months rent. They also discriminate against retirees. You can be a multimillionaire even a billionaire even if you can prove assets, if you don’t have a regular income, they will not rent to you..
