We love this place. It has new owners and they are right on top of anything that is needed to be done. Maintenance is awesome! Courtyard is beautiful, lawn is well maintained. We can sit in the courtyard at night and watch deer walk through. Well lit at night and absolutely beautiful! Nice neighbors, quiet area, lots of history all around. Right down from historic Jackson Springs Park. This is a true hidden gem in apartment living.
I found this property for my sister and she's loved living here. The property manager is polite and attentive to her needs. My sister LOVES the historic charm of her home and the location is very quiet giving her the privacy she's been looking for.
The manager that help me was exceptionally good, her name is Tiffany she is truly professional and knowledgeable.
Nice area of town ,nice large apartments . Son lives here very nice apartments
I have been living here for almost 5yrs and still absolutely love it. Ms Tiffany is the best Apt manager in all the years I have been renting
