Twin Pines Apartments

Since I have moved in I have found it to be the most peaceful, quiet and affordable community that I have ever lived in. The affordability is amazing as I live off disability and after paying rent I still have money left to get my everyday essentials which is amazing. It is so quiet and peaceful here as well no loud noise after 8pm it’s a great community. Thank you Sarah for all that you do. I would however like to see more social events for us residents

Scammers!!! They will take your money and string you along!!! I put my application in here on 4/13/24, uploaded what I could as far as proof of income, driver’s license, etc. I never heard anything back for a few days so I tried to call - their phones werent working and no internet. They management cited “management changes” for not being able to conduct any form of business. I would stop by (Grey Park Aparments, because they were running everything out of that property, also with no phones or internet) and management would tell me they would get on my application and call me later that day with news. Days would go by and I would stop again just to get told the same thing. I’ve disputed their application fee with my bank and been refunded my money. My advice is - Don’t waste your money or

I live in Gray Pac apts and my AC has been out for over a week. I have Contact twin Pines and spoke with mangerment and she act like she doesn't now anything that the maintenance men are doing. I have put in lots of maintenance tickets. The maintenance men come out and said it needs feron that was last week and I still waiting on them to get my AC fixed. It has been over 80 degrees in my apt at times.

I have lived here going on four years now and how it is now compared to in the beginning with russians being the owners who had literally nothing to do with u as a tenant much less as a person. All they would do is stare at you as if they couldn't figure out if u were human or not and you needed something done or repaired,, good luck with trying to talk with them about things to do with the apartment. But. thank God Tiffany Malone came along with the new owner and it is a totally different world.. I absolutely adore Tiffany and if there is anything I might need or want to talk to her about apartment wise or just anything,, she will go to no ends too help in anyway that she can... The best apartment manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Kim Harris

I do not do many reviews, however, some places like Twin Pines at Walnut deserves a great one. I am from out of town, like 1,000 miles away out of town. I first called and was greeted by the property manager, Tiffany Malone, what a wonderful person with a great personality. Mrs. Malone provided me with a tour of my apartment via the virtual tour on the companies website. As I made my decision she made all paperwork, signing of the lease & money tranfers exstreemly easy again via the companies website. On the day of my arrival, I was impressed with the maintenance of the property ground keep. Quiet peaceful surroundings, with quiet peaceful tenants.
