I absolutely love calling Twin Pines my home!! The comfort, security and cleanliness are unmatched!! Ms. Carmen has been amazing!! Thank you guys for all you do!

My neighbors smoke and the smell gets into my apartment but they’re never reprimanded.

Do not come here, they will lock you in for a low monthly lease then raise your rent by 600 dollars and add all these bogus charges and rules (ASK TO REVIEW THE LEASE AGREEMENT). The amenities also don’t function properly (Don't get me started on the laundromat) and the pool/gym are never opened at the times they are supposed to be. Over priced for the area as well with crime LEFT and RIGHT and an occasional homeless/drugged up stranger trespassing and leaving behind used syringes on the property!!! Don't fall for the looks of this complex, they will NOT care about your wellbeing or concerns WHATSOEVER. Things take forever to be replaced/repaired so be ready for that too. Terrible place to live and relax! NOT WORTH IT

bad experience 😡at this property,the laundry room is very dirty dogs poop everywhere you walk though the hallway and smell like god pee,they charge a lot for water 💦, they never parking for visitors so much so that they charge rent and the truth is l give this property a zero, the manager does nothing about the parking problems... It's just favoritism I don't recommend this place, It's was a bad decision to live there and the corporation doesn't do it's job or give any importance to complaints; Don't Live in TWIN PINES

My wife and I have lived here for almost exactly a year. And to be honest it's one of the best places to live in Anaheim. And for the price they charge, AMC's apartments all punch way above their weight class. We appreciate the maintenance team and management team all the same. They work very well together. Communication at the apartment complex is second to none. Carmen the manager and Jose Luis have done nothing but be extremely supportive and attentive to everyone needs at this complex. Our only wish is for an in unit washer/dryer. Even then the community laundry room at Twin Pines is spacious, cleaned extensively. Thank you Carmen, The Maintenance team, and AMC for providing a great place to live. Dylan -Current Tenant
