Very nice place, good price for the location.
Very quiet however the owner is rude, units need updated and maintained (not horrible but could use it) and you have to wait on him to show up in the parking lot to pay your rent so if you work long hours and you miss him you have to pay late fees and he threatens you with eviction for being 1 day late also there is no designated place to drop off your rent money. Definitely not worth the money to live here
Lived here for multiple years. Enjoyed my time here, reasonably priced and landlord Al was always there when something went wrong.
I'm a resident great place to live.
