Twin Lakes Apartments

I love living here! I've been here for a couple of months now and its a huge upgrade from my previous apartment. Its a quiet area and they take really good care of their tenants. The maintenance is very friendly and efficient and I haven't had any issues with my apartment. And if I do they are very quick to respond. They have great amenities as well. I'm in a 1 bedroom and I have a washer and dryer. Holly took great care of me!

David was so Nice he came out and fix my power and electric when I was in tears and he helped saved me and my son from freezing cause I was in the 40s last night to David. He is an amazing maintenance man and I appreciate him greatly and the staff at Twin Lakes I highly recommend this place. Everyone is so nice and accommodating.!!

Not satisfied with how the property manager handles certain situations. For instance we had a chimney sweep shortly after we moved in the company that came to perform the service they hired turned are AC on and got soot all over everything! Brought it to her attention and had a company come out to clean ducts which all they did was spray a cleaner on the openings of our supplies and clean the coil pack which they did a poor job of. For months we had to deep clean our apartment every couple of weeks from the soot still being blown in from dirty ducts that were never cleaned and from a still dirty coil. Brought it to Ekatarina (property manager) attention and she just shrugged it off like it wasn't her problem any more.

Maintenance came out the next day and fixed my heat/air and my oven door. I had just moved in 2 days before and found these weren’t working properly the next day. They fixed it first time going in the apartment then sent an email to follow up saying what they did to fix each problem. Communication was perfect. Thanks so much for being so efficient.
