PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS on the BBB and other apartment websites . This complex is not what they portray on social media . Initially when my wife moved in she thought it’d be a good place . Once I moved in with her I thought so too , until I was harassed by one of their maintenance workers (still employed at property) . It was not taken seriously and the same month I reported it he was named “employee of the month” . Clearly work orders and tending to maintenance isn’t their concern , the water heater above us broke and it took them HOURS to answer (pictures attached) There was water coming from our electrical box and we were told not to worry about it . Additionally they will charge way more than the legal amount for late fees . Also , when we moved out even though they had documentation

ridiculous prices for horrible apartments. Kathy who works there is very rude and will find any lie to tell you so she doesn’t have to address the issues at hand. Please find somewhere else to rent.

Please DO NOT go here. Terrible management!! After paying an early termination fee due to the urgency of moving because of a domestic violence issue, the management still decides to charge you for fees that you are not responsible for after the promise of no fees being required due to early termination. The property constantly smelled of drugs, the property was never taken care of especially due to dog feces, the maintenance people never came to finish their repair projects and then try to charge you for the damage after. The ac rarely worked. Very terrible place I do not recommend coming here.

TERRIBLE.. Kathy loves to give attitude over the phone! God bless your soul ma’am. Learn to do your job properly and stop giving attitude over the phone :).. I talk to you respectfully and I rñexpecr respect back, not petty answers because you don’t know how to do your job properly. Their apartments are 850-950 for a 1 bedroom, yet we were paying nearly 1400-1500 a month and they said it’s because of electricity lol mind you me and my wife work ALOT and we’re rarely at home. The doors, windows all have gaps, cold air, flys, bugs just come in like it’s nothing. They paint over the walls current paint and it chips like nothing, the carpets were old and disgusting! These apartments are not worth the price, Website claims 885$ we ended up paying 1,500$ every month. When we talked to management they stated because of “electricity “ mind you we were gone for a month due to work. I had constant problems w/ the bathtub and they would never fix it. We constantly had problems with people smokiny cigaretts and the smell would go thru the vents into our apartments and management would never do anything about it.Pool hours state 10pm is quiet hours but there would always ge people partying until midnight and had no respect for others who had to sleep.
