Joey (the warranty king) is amazing. The whole staff is amazing. From the first of May through my 45 day walk through- Jack, Dan, Joey, Pauline, Gwen, Lenin, and the rest of the crews? Fantastic.

It’s unfortunate. I had a client who bought a house that Twilight built in 2022. Never lived in. The range vent was out and we asked them to repair it and asked them to provide receipts. But they said they couldn’t because they buy in bulk but said they would repair it. They confirmed they repaired it. But because my clients closed on the house without getting a reinspection. And they moved in two days later and now it’s making a whistling sound on its own they refuse to come out and honor their repair. Buyers beware if you plan to buy a twilight home. They won’t even honor a simple repair. They got their money and that’s all they care about.

I had recently tried to buy a home with twilight. I had to put $2500 down. I’m a disabled veteran and I felt pressured by their financial person to be dishonest with how much I made and how much was going out at the end of the day, I decided that this wasn’t the best option for me and wished to back out. I asked for my earnest money back and was met with nothing but Rudeness and hostility from the salesperson Connie. All the way up through management. The way I was treated as a disabled veteran — I would not recommend anyone do business with homes. They are unethical. 2,500 may not seem like a lot of money but I pay out of pocket for some of my medical care that the VA does not cover and this really set me back. I hope Twilight spent that money well.

I have had such a wonderful and unforgettable experience working with Twilight Homes purchasing my brand new home. Salesman, Doug has been a joy to work with. He eased all my worries and guided me through this process. During my debut, Doug and the build team, and warranty team met me to explain every aspect of my new home. They spent all the time I needed and answered all questions. I’m feeling so excited! My new house is breathtakingly beautiful. Twilight is a wonderful company and truly care about the buyer experience. They cut no corners and made sure I am more than just happy with my home. We moved to Albuquerque / Lavender Fields community from another state and the Twilight family helped make the home design/buying experience a smooth and exciting process. Our journey started in 2022, every interaction we had with the team - mainly with Pauline, Gwendolyn, Jack, Lenin, and Joey have been excellent and greatly appreciated.
