We researched exhaustively prior to purchasing in downtown Nashville. We have not had a second of regret. The units are beautifully appointed, the amenities are elegantly styled and perfectly maintained, the staff is unfailingly gracious. The footprint of this building is larger than that of comparable downtown properties, does not share a public parking garage, and is just far enough away from the chaos of Broadway that we can have peace but walk to the festivities if we feel like it. Love it here!

It's lovely, comfortable, and most importantly CLEAN! The grounds are kept in immaculate condition; the amenities are perfectly inviting, well stocked, and well kept, and the day staff incredibly professional and polite. Mario, Greg, and Crystal make Twelve Twelve shine !!

Holy toledo, Batman! Talk about the absolute BEST customer service from the concierge desk! EVERY building NEEDS a “Ms. Delores”. Delores is the reason for every season (after Jesus, of course). She’s always, always smiling (trust me, you can see it even under her mask), always laughing, always kind and ready to assist any and every need. You could walk in that joint having a horrible day and as soon as you see Ms. Delores, oh buddy, it’s all over. You cannot HELP but smile and laugh with her. She makes you feel like a million bucks!!!
