Tustin View Apartments

Okay so I actually lived here for almost 2 years and I had to move due to a family emergency. Let me tell you, I literally just read all the reviews and the people are crazy. This place is really neat and the property manager does her part even after hours when she shouldn’t really have to, she has a family of her own. The thing here is people don’t want to follow the rules and that’s why they complain. I never EVER had an issue. Any request made to maintenance were done at an appropriate time frame. If you keep up with maintaining your home you will never see a roach just like any other place. Especially when it comes to apartment homes. The owners and property managers are horrible people. Liars and scammers. They told me I was free to move out of my apartment. I moved out. Years later I find out they never took me off the lease and the next people they moved in didn't pay rent. GUESS WHO TUSTIN VIEW SUED FOR EVICTION? ME!!! When I lived over two hours away the entire time. They have destroyed my credit and I wasn't aware because they did it all behind my back. They never mailed me anything. Never called me. There was zero attempt from their end to contact me. When I contacted them their property manager said she would get back to me and then she blocked me. These are not good people. They are scammers.

The Property Manager is the best. She works with you, is great at communicating with you, and is very professional. She did her best to respond for any questions or concerns, even after the office was closed. Also maintenances crew are very helpful and respectful too! The apartment complex is very clean! also a big plus for me is that it’s gated. everybody has their own opinions. I’m happy!

First 5-6 months were good. After that, the unit started to fall apart. Roach infested, unprofessional maintenance, and unprofessional management. Our unit had a broken pipe under the bathroom sink and hot water was being trapped under our floor. We had maintenance check it out and they said it was fine. Summer came and it made the unit unbearably hot. The manager called unprofessional venders to fix the issue. Management didn’t care to put an urgent maintenance request because it was after hours as it would have costed them extra money, they said so themselves. We had a hole in our bathroom floor for a week or two. Parking is also terrible. Overweight older Hispanic ladies are always trying to hog parking spots for their whole family’s vehicles. I been living here on tustin View for about a year with no complaints. Management and maintenance people are so nice and friendly. My kids love it here. Management is always on top of thing. And I would recommend for anyone to live here spacious apartment. I love the peaceful atmosphere.
