Purchased our dream in home. I been in my new home less 3 months. Honestly not happy with quality of material used to build our home. When I first Saw it looked flawless of course it was the hype if moving into a new home. Here are some pics I would continue to update Updated – July 2025 (1 Year Since Closing): Tuskes has failed to honor their 90-day repair offer incomplete. Stairs case are chipped from the daz 1. Their customer service after purchase is useless. Minor issues turn into a hassle, repairs are promised but never completed, and emails go unanswered for weeks (often up to a month before any follow-up). Nothing but problems from day 1. Cheap products. Shotty workmanship. RUN Realtors beware tge screwed my realtor out of their commission. 9 years later. Roof is falling apart. Everyday more shingles in the yard. Impossible to get ahold of anyone. Years ago they just pass the blame, roofer issue not ours. Roofer, normal wear and tear. Run away

Our experience with Tuskes was outstanding. Miranda Lane was helpful, informative and always available to answer our questions. She made it a seamless experience. We love our new Tuskes home. We made the right choice.

This review is overdue. My family business, Lehigh Valley Water Systems works with Tuskes homes directly and indirectly. We’ve worked with many local and national builders over the years; and working with Tuskes has been a breath of fresh air. If they treat their contractors this good, I’m confident their customers receive equal if not better treatment. In fact, I know this is the case because I’ve meet with hundreds of happy Tuskes Homes customers during and after the building process. I’ve even recommended them to friends. They have wonderful communication; and they are builders who take pride in their work and reputation. Unfortunately, in these days that’s a rare thing to see. You can tell they aren’t in it to make a quick buck, but rather to builder a quality home at a fair price. I

Tuskes does not seem to prioritize the environment, your family, or the township in which they build. We have owned a Tuskes-built 'custom' home for 1.5 years. During the design process, not everything was adequately covered. We expressed dissatisfaction with several options, only to be told, 'this is all we can do!' Interestingly, we later discovered that they were willing to accommodate other homeowners' requests for appliance colors, sizes, tile changes, and even room alterations . Additionally, Tuskes failed to explain certain areas of concern on our plans. We paid a high premium for a lot backed by a retention pond, with the understanding that it was costly due to the view of two ponds.
