Was asked to review after a work order was completed. My ac had been reported as broken in June and was not fixed until last week, in September. I put in multiple work orders for them to come over to gaslight me and tell me that it is actually normal for my apartment to be 87 degrees. The air is blowing so it is working. Yes, my air was blowing, and I couldn’t turn it off because without the airflow it was unbearable. So, obviously the ac unit would never turn off and my power bills ended up being between $350-$400 a month. I had to spend several hundred dollars on a portable unit to put in my bedroom so I could sleep/live in some part of my unit without having a heat stroke. The staff is very friendly and they kept me on point with the situation they had to wait por a part,but when they got it they came wright away and fixed it. Thanks again!!!

Birte has been great at helping us with the leasing process. She has made herself super available to answer all our questions and show us the unit in person. She has been a delight to work with and we look forward to moving in soon thanks to all her guidance.

This was a wonderful complex at a great price until Atrium Management Company took over... then we couldn’t get out fast enough. Within 2 months everything was overgrown, trash was everywhere and no kind of pest control or maintenance was happening at all. They are never on the property and are impossible to contact for anything. We went weeks without A/C in 90° weather with our baby living there. They are disorganized- claiming rent wasn’t paid on time (to multiple residents) when it was, then harassing us with texts and notices for weeks when we had already sent proof from our bank that the check was processed and on time. I literally met Laura yesterday and today I’m already moving into my new home. This was the smoothest and easiest move I’ve ever experienced and I’m so grateful to have been helped by her. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently and quickly. Laura answered all of my questions and responded to all messages in a timely manner.
