If you want apartment managers who are reliable, consistent, and caring, you probably don't want to live here. Back in September, I contacted the apartments to ask if I could use a few of their parking spots for a couple hours during Thanksgiving weekend. I explained that we were hosting a memorial for my father who passed in July, and that my mother's apartment complex across the street didn't have enough guest spots. I asked if we could borrow a few of theirs. They could have easily said no, but instead offered me some of their vacant spots. I've called a couple times in the time leading up to this weekend to confirm that we could still count on them. They said yes. Huge safety and security concern at the property. Management doesn't seem to care or take note of anything. Had all tires stolen from 3 cars in the apartment complex including mine. There is supposed to be a security person at nights and he's no where to be seen. I have asked multiple times on what steps they are taking to improve security and avoid such incidents in future and all they can say is that is handled by the security department in the corporate office. Not even sure if the cameras on premises work. The service elevator has been down for months together and no action.has been taken. Pest control and building maintenance is very poor. Lots of roaches everywhere. Many residents have roaches complaint through their sinks and drains. Poor management and response.

I recently visited this property and was very impressed. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The leasing staff was professional, informative, and made the application process smooth and straightforward. The unit I toured was clean, spacious, and had great natural light. I’m excited about the possibility of calling this place home.

Moving into Tuscany Court was such a smooth and stress-free experience! From the very beginning, Stephanie made everything effortless—she was professional, friendly, and always available to answer any questions. The entire team here is incredibly attentive and truly goes above and beyond for the residents. The maintenance staff is top-notch! They respond quickly and efficiently to any requests, ensuring everything is always in great shape. I put in a work order to get some lightbulbs changed and have our laundry door fixed and they came the next day! Plus, the complex is consistently clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and inviting place to live. If you’re looking for an apartment with excellent service and a team that genuinely cares, Tuscany Court is the place to be. High

I’ve had an amazing experience living here so far! The staff here is incredibly helpful, especially Stephanie and Khadija, who always go above and beyond to assist residents. Their professionalism and kindness make a huge difference! Maintenance is also top-notch—our request to have our lights changed was handled quickly and exactly as we asked. The team was fast, professional, and efficient, which is so appreciated. It’s great to live in a place where the staff truly cares about the residents. Highly recommend!
