I can’t say enough great things about Tuscany at Mesa Hills! It truly is an amazing community to be a part of. The neighborhood feels very safe and secure, which gives us so much peace of mind. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and you can tell management takes pride in keeping everything looking beautiful. We’ve also had such a wonderful experience with our leasing agent, Kara. She has always gone above and beyond for us, helping with anything and everything we’ve needed. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Her intelligence and dedication really make a difference. We’re so happy to call this community home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and welcoming place to live!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Diana gutierrez in the leasing office. Since moving in, she has been incredibly helpful and professional. Whenever I have a question or a maintenance request, she handles it promptly and with a great attitude. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents here. Me and my husband had a wonderful experience this past Saturday, we came in for a tour and were helped by Kara. Kara is wonderful, she made our experience so easy that we applied the same day. She was amazing with our one year old son, we really felt welcomed and ready to move in. This gated community is clean, well maintained, and overall a beautiful housing community.

I couldn’t be happier with moving into the Tuscany at Mesa Hills. It’s a spacious and roomy apartment with great amenities. My relocation and move in was stress free and easy with Diana Gutierrez helping me secure my lease. She is very helpful and quick to respond to your needs.
