Note that I’m not a resident yet, but I wanted to share my tour experience. I called in to ask if I could show up an hour early and they were very accommodating. The complex itself looked clean and quiet, with many people outside walking dogs and such - usually a good sign. I met with Juliet, who was super nice, personable and professional. She walked me around the complex to show the available 1 and 2 bedroom apartments as well as the amenities, all of which looked nice. She was able to answer all of my questions and, through our conversation, it seems like they take good care of their residents. It sounds like they have a low turnover rate in both tenants and staff, which was good to hear. They advertise a 48-hour maintenance guarantee which states that “We’ll fix routine service requ

The Tuscany at Lindbergh has the best maintenance team ever. I’ve lived here for 3 months now and every time I have an issue they are there asap at least by the next day or sooner. I was having problems with my refrigerator and they switched it out for me the next day with a different one. Marko and his team reassured me and did their best to help me understand what was going on to the point where I could truly agree and be satisfied. Marko even went the extra steps to switch the handles of my refrigerator for me so that the handles are on the right side instead of the left. I had a great experience with Marley in the leasing office. She’s friendly, kind and always willing to lend a helping hand whenever I needed something. She made my transition smooth. You can tell she loves her job.

I love this apartment complex! I’ve lived in Atlanta for many years and have been in and out of apartments and this is by far the best one I’ve lived in! I’ve never had a maintenance issue that wasn’t resolved by the end of the day, the leasing office staff (Juliet and Nadia) are phenomenal, and they keep up with the appearance, both interior and exterior, very well! They also have really good security, who patrols the parking garage at night! The gate never gives me any issues, I’ve never had any problems with the appliances In my apartment, and there’s valet trash 5 nights a week. If you’re looking for somewhere beautiful, safe, and conveniently located to just about anything you could want in Atlanta this is the place!

I've lived here around 3 years now and it has easily been the best apartment living situation I've had. Namely, I've never seen a more quick and responsive team, especially in regards to maintenance. While I have had a lot of maintenance issues (expected when living here 3 years) I've never had an issue with something being left incomplete. In fact, they usually check the issue within 24 hours and fix it right then and there. In addition, the apartment itself is lovely with plenty of natural lighting, unique floorpan, massive tubs/bathrooms and closets, great balcony space, and some nice ammenities. Since living here I've found that my appliances are a bit outdated and old, not working as best as they could, but I know there are upgrade options available at this location that we opted out
