Tuscany at Gabriella Pointe

From the moment I walked into this community, I was welcomed warmly by the entire team. The staff were helpful, polite, and thorough with all the details. My tour was led by Gloria, who was absolutely amazing. Her care, attention, and enthusiasm made all the difference. The property itself is absolutely stunning—the floor plans, the buildings, and the amenities are second to none. And behind the scenes, management was also supportive and professional. Thanks to Gloria and the whole team, I found more than an apartment—I found a home.

We toured plenty of places before this one as it was our first home together and wanted it to be perfect. We met Esper the first time we toured and instantly fell in love with the complex! Esper was beyond helpful in our transition and with our paperwork. We have lived here for about 3 months now and we are obsessed! The community this complex has is something like i have never seen before. We have events hosted almost every week by Brooke and they are so amazing! Brooke has been the brightest light in this community. We have made so many friends from these events. The complex is so clean and gorgeous. I was hesitant to move into an apartment after my house sold. I had to move out super quick. However when I walked in to the leasing office and met a little ray of sunshine ESPER my mind completely changed! He helped guide me to pick out the perfect apartment! He was so kind and immediately made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision. My kids and I absolutely LOVE living here. Super nice neighbors and a sense of home after leaving “my home”. My kids love the pools and playing racquetball in the req center. I love being able to work out conveniently at the gym. The ease and proximity of the gym alone makes this a great choice. I’ve been living in my apartment for just about two months, and it already feels like home! The neighbors are wonderful, the management and staff are friendly and approachable, and the amenities are insane! The gated community and all the extras are what initially sold me. There are plenty of events and opportunities to connect with the community, which I really appreciate. I’m just hoping the gym opens earlier in the day soon! Overall, I absolutely love it here. Highly recommend!

Beautiful complex; the completed amenities they have available to tour are well thought out. We were very impressed by the gym, sauna and pool area. Tuscany has elevators in every building for residents, but unfortunately all of the buildings have open hallways. As much as we wanted to love this community enough to eventually consider moving here, that was the deal breaker. Living in Phoenix we would just really prefer to have enclosed hallways. Another dealbreaker for us is the valet trash - we're not fans of this at all and the implementation of valet living ruins community hallways and carpets (if applicable). The apartments we toured were 2 of the smaller 2 bedroom apartments. The apartments didn't feel spacious to us. While they were presented as 'apartments that feel like home', un
