Tuscan Villa Apartments

Absolute trash place to live , poor management and just all around bad experience living here . They won’t give you your deposit back either after cleaning and charge you for things that were there when you moved in . Never had any issue anywhere I have lived but trash Tuscan villa. Left my apartment with no bathroom ceiling for over a month , communication was poor , the maintenance guy Stan is RUDE, then when they did fix it they would come for a hour the leave and not come back for 3-5 days and not even tell you when they were coming. Very upsetting experience here , for the price they charge to live there

Been here a few weeks, so far so good. Had a couple maintenance requests, and they get to them same day which is great. The apartments seem quiet, clean, as clean as it can be with homeless people walking through but that’s not the apartments fault. Overall not disappointed.

Issue was taken care of and maintenance tag was on my door. Also the front office followed up with me when maintenance would finally be coming.

Stan was great at getting everything fixed for us! It was greatly appreciated.He stopped the chirping with a new smoke detector.
