If I was able to give even less than that i would... this place sucks!!! Let me tell you a little bit about my experience with them. First nothing works!! Nothing, ever... elevators, gates, emergency exit doors, management.... they take about a month to fix anything that brakes (in or out of your apartment), the place is most of the time dirty specially the stairs in the "parking building" (if you take them, the smell of urine will give you an insentive to go up/down even faster) cable is a piece of "art" and they will not let you change it (otherwise they will lose the ability to charge for it) internet in the area is extremely slow (to the point of it is imposible to have two devices at the same time connected), people from management are extremely rude for no reason, when I say rude I m

Great Area to live . 8min walk to AAA arena -starbucks- Bayside. Not sure about rent amount. Madison View apts is a few blocks away, also great Area to live.

I reside at Tuscan View. It's a very safe community. My mom and I had lived here for many years. It's awesome.

Very rude management. I asked them about renting and. Then they hung up on me.

Lived there for 13 years, good memories, but time to move out..
