Tuscan Isle Apartments

NOT A NICE PLACE TO LIVE! Crime is visible just looking out my window most days. The pool has been slime green for over 2 years! The garbage is frequently overfilled attracting rodents. No assigned parking. "Rules" that make no sense like "no plants." Nowhere to keep a bicycle without lugging it up and down stairs. Rent is increased as much as it can be yearly. And the main headquarters does not return phone calls. And THAT is just a FEW things that continue to go on despite trying to resolve with the office on multiple occasions.

I have been here for 3+ years. I love the office staff they are always available and willing to help. Jessenia and Teresa you guys rock! I have never had any problems, I keep my apt clean I have no bugs at all. Maintenance comes fast when I put request. I really have no complaints, I feel at home I feel part of this community's family. Thank you!

Where do I start? The pool is never clean, the units are terrible and infested with roaches and mold, which is so dangerous and could potentially lead to some serious sickness and therefore lawsuits to follow. The staff in the office aren't very helpful and they seem to only rent to people they know or section 8. Which isn't fair to those who have resided here for years regardless their income. Maintenance is pretty good with fixing things but they don't get paid well and management doesn't seem to want to help them get the things they need to update the units. It's quite ridiculous. This could be a beautiful community.

I am very proud to say I have never had any complaints with the management and staff. the office and maintenance workers do an excellent job providing for our needs hearing our voices and making TUSCAN I’ll feel like home I can always expect amazing service and resolve I am especially thankful for the new management, The community Director Tessie cormack and the Assistant Director Yesenia Gomez are doing an excellent job During the prior week I had my a/c compressor break and the maintenance were efficient and effective in fixing the issue. Looking forward to seeing improvements in our happy, striving community

Excellent service! I went to the office to report a light issue around 1:00pm. They came in the same day and replaced the light. I forgot to mention another issue that i was having with the water temperature and pressure so i figured i go on the app. The very next day they came in and fixed it! Having 2 kids even the smallest issue can become the biggest. The fact that they came in almost instantly will forever earn my 5 stars! I hope this service will continue!!
