I loved it from the minute I walked in here. Lucy greeted me and was a wonderful representative. Terrell was my leasing agent and he was so helpful. Miguel was very helpful with my approval and Jayda was so polite every time she answered. Maria is my favorite person too. So happy to start my Journey here

I love the staff. Knowledgeable and so welcoming. The property and staff are amazing and prompt. Very organized and helpful. The property is well maintenanced and property is well kept. I’ve been living in this area for eight months and every other week someone from these apartments call alarm is going off you the cars are registered with stickers that requires you to provide a license plate so I took this video which is about three hours longer than I could capture. Then I had to wait a day to calm down from lack of sleep and anger to go To the front office, which was closed(I provided a picture of the office door that was locked with a sign, even though online they were supposed) then the office lady had the nerve to tell me she couldn’t do nothing about it as if the cars require a license plate to register the sticker. I emailed this to the property manager, which is in the front office at the back and she heard my Complaint and just listen until I Became irate & And

So disappointed 😭 nothing is newly renovated except for the model unit, my dishwasher still doesn't work,😭I was promised new one and nothing. i moved into wet carpet and stains on the counter and the oven handle is broken. My microwave looked like someone was experimenting in it and burned it. None of the Gates work 🤣 but you get a cute app to the up space on phone. Meanwhile anyone off the street can just walk right on in. Not to mention, they sent out an email saying that the homeless population has increased and not to leave anything valuable on your patios. 😡😭 They say covered parking is available and reserved parking, however I'm still waiting 😡 I was told they are trying to figure out which spots are taken and which ones are still available.
