Turtle Creek I & II Apartments

Ive lived here for a while and have been battling roaches, mice, ac & heater that break every year, maintenance doesn't fix anything they just tell you to put in another maintenance request which they mark as complete and don't actually fix the problem. They don't have any amenities they say they do, the pool was closed almost all summer. When I moved in the windows were painted and paint on the carpet, the walls have been painted over so many times you can bump it the wrong way and it chips off, the bathroom ceilings don't have good ventilation so the ceiling peels and falls on you and then there's the MOLD (windowsills and bathrooms) The "landlord special" and now they're raising the rent again. if you can afford to live somewhere else please do. It's not worth the hassel

I have Lived at turtle creek 2 for for 10 years, when i moved in there i didn't have Asthma. I told them about the mold time after time and all they do is paint over it. When I moved out they charged me an extra paint fee and extra cleaning fee. when I made sure the apartment was cleaned. I called Debbie is Relations and she told me i better be glad i wasn't charged for the carpet. She told me to deal with it I signed the contract. I am not looking for amy deposit back but after 10 years I shouldn't owe anything. Very rude and full of bullies including Betty the manager.

I am a resident here at Turtle Creek II apartments, today was pest control. I live here with my 2 girls and I am highly allergic to cockroaches, and they are EVERYWHERE. Cockroaches in my kitchen, my bedroom, my bathroom, and living room. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment ground floor. 1 bite and I am in the hospital. My husband came over this morning to help me to get my counters and cupboards cleaned out. The pest control came at 9:30, I had a few things left out on the counters, which would only take 2 mins to cleaned off. The pest control just up and left and told me that he would get to me another day. I called the Resident Relations to complain about the Maintenance and Rid-a-Pest control. DO NOT RENT FROM LINDSEY MANAGEMENT THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PROPERTY OR THEIR RESIDENTS HERE

Before you think about moving here, you need to ask yourself the following questions: 1. Do I want people doing drugs on my porch all day? 2. Do I want to listen to those people play loud music while they do drugs on my porch all day? 3. Do I want the inside of my apartment to permanently smell like I have a drug addiction because of the people outside my living room who apparently have nothing to do but smoke pot all day? 4. Do I want my air conditioner to break in the middle of the summer, only for maintenance to mark it as being fixed without ever showing up? 5. Do I want my hot water to disappear every time my heater turns on during the winter? 6. Do I want a cockroach infestation that I have to fight tooth and nail to get pest control to stop ignoring? 7. Maintenance suck over there I talked to the maintenance band he wouldn't do nothing to fix the toilet Toby I need to go online to get help what happened to when you see the maintenance fantastic him to fix something he fixed it with a hot glue gun light cockroaches in the apartment taking the whole thing over it's pretty bad I wouldn't recommend this apartment unless you like taking a bath of roaches there should I keep this place up-to-date leak in the toilet told maintenance band he said go online and put a work order in I'm not able to do that I didn't grow up during the computer time aesthetic coming up and fix it he just left it run and run my water bill up I recommend nobody to rent an apartment unless you can find a better maintenance band
