As a property management company I do not recommend them at all… my home was destroyed and I had to put thousands of dollars into it to sell it. They did not check on the property like they said they would. The renters drilled into the outside of our home and nothing was done about it. I wouldn’t give them 1 star but to leave a review you have too.

Turnkey Realty did such a professional job for us when we got ready to sell our home. Ami knew exactly what to do to maximize our listing and was right on point with the price! She gave us great advice on preparing the house for showings and even helped out with our dogs when needed. The local realtors said that our house was a favorite showing for that weekend, thanks to her advice! Our house hit the MLS on Friday morning with several great offers pretty quickly, and by Sunday we were under contract. We have personally known Ami Howsey for about 15 years and definitely recommend Turnkey Realty for buying or selling your home.

Susie Navarrete was my realtor and I must say it was a great experience. She was very helpful in answering any questions and concerns that I had. As a property manager Holly and her office team are not good at what they do. I have had my water turned off twice now because her office staff can not pay the bill on time. Also have requested several times to have repairs done to certain items inside and outside the rental property and a year later am still waiting for her to send someone. Would not recommend renting any of her listed properties!!!!
