I want to be clear that my intent is not to cause harm to this business. I believe the owners are decent people with good intentions. I also want to acknowledge that we were not perfect throughout this process. In hindsight, we entered the project with limited experience and certain expectations that were not fully aligned with our budget. Those gaps in experience contributed to a couple of the challenges we encountered, even though we were told we would be guided through the process. The buyers Jacob and Michelle are great! They did everything they could to make the sale possible to start. They were there every step of the way, even when had a little hiccup at closing, although that was on the attorney not them. Michelle made sure it was corrected and everything closed as should!
