Everyone at Turner Property Services does a great job taking care of our building. Marvin and his group are always very professional and responsive to any issue we have. They're also very respectful of our staff. They're a pleasure to work with.

Turner Property Services does a great job maintaining the building where my company leases space. Marvin and his team are very responsive to calls and emails regarding any issues, and they consistently keep me updated on the status of needed repairs.

The HOA is systematically failing to fulfill its snow removal obligations. Our street was once again left unplowed, while neighboring streets were cleared on time. This is not the first time this has happened last time, the snowplows only arrived when the snow had already started to melt. All this time, residents were unable to drive their cars, creating a dangerous situation and causing significant inconvenience. What are we paying our dues for if basic services are not provided on time? We are extremely disappointed with the level of management and the lack of accountability.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This company is who our HOA is through and I’ve never experienced worst customer service. Although even the use of the term “customer service” is very generous considering they don’t answer their phone or respond to communication

This company is pathetic. I’ve been dealing with them not updating their records after they were told multiple times I was current by my HOA. THEY BARELY RETURN YOUR CALL AND THERE’S NO ONE TO HELP. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR RECORDS. IT’S BEEN 2 YEARS
