I recently hired Chanel to list a property of mine and was disappointed by the experience. My requests for accurate and representative marketing — including proper photo angles, correct view capture, and clear listing remarks — were reasonable and centered on portraying the property honestly. Instead of addressing these straightforward improvements, she chose to terminate the listing agreement. This was surprising and unprofessional. Good agents collaborate with their clients, accept direction, and demonstrate confidence in their ability to market a property. In this case, when I provided detailed, constructive feedback to help present the home more effectively, the response was simply to withdraw. Sellers deserve an agent who can handle non-standard properties, execute quality marketing
