Turnberry Reserve

Horrible neighborhood. HOA is non existent. No rules. Anything goes here. Cars parked on grass. Cars parked on both sides of the street at the same time makes driving impossible. Cars blocking the sidewalks so you cannot go for a walk without walking in the street.

This community gets worst and worst every year. Crowded streets with cars parked on the side. Drift marks are all over the floor, and people constantly speeding/racing. Truly unsafe, especially for kids and nearby houses. Should consider speed bumps.

Love the neighborhood it's quiet and has 2 schools in walking distance..... I am not a fan of the HOA and the issues they have keeping the fees current .... I have had issues with them more than once regarding my fees they failed to pull it out of my account and then charged me late fees for not paying on time...

Its a really good neighborhood but hoa are thiefs lady and her boyfriend are sketchy and criminals. Watch out. 3 schools around all very good
