Turman reality is a terrible company. The will not do proper repairs on their properties, they blame the tenants for everything that breaks. We rented an apartment that had one water meter shared by five apartments. The water heater tank busted in one of the apartments and flowed water for two weeks before they even sent someone out to turn the water off. They then tried to make the remaining four tenants pay for the water bill that was over $1000. When I went to pay the rent they automatically deducted the water fee from the rent and tried to evict us for not paying the rent because we refused to pay the water bill.

I wanted to express my deepest condolences for the loss of LTC Frank Alfred Turman. This County has lost a great hero, and the real estate community has also lost a pioneer in real estate. Thank you LTC Turman for all you have done.
