Tudor Village Apartments

Living at Tudor Village Apartments was such a wonderful experience. The community is welcoming, well-maintained, and truly feels like home. I can’t say enough about Cheri—she is an amazing property manager who always goes above and beyond to help residents and make life easier. Her kindness and attentiveness made such a difference in my time there. If I hadn’t moved out of state, I honestly would still be living here. I’ll always be grateful for my time at Tudor Village! Also I got my deposit back !!! I loved that they did a moving out check list to point out any possible charges. Very attentive and wonderful place to live.

0 stars if I could. This place is overpriced and they raise the rent 4 times while we resided there. the office people are not helpful at all and leave when they want. The apartment does look nice but after a few weeks you will notice how they quick fixed a lot of things within it. Money hunger is what I would call this place if you have rental insurance make sure you keep up with it because they don’t send out reminder emails if your coming up on renewal for it they will just charge you a fee of 100$. They also undercharged us for months for a extra carport because THEY didn’t put it in there system once we paid for it so we had to back pay that.

(Tour/non resident review) Jade was super lovely and informative :). The complex is beautiful and well-maintained, and the apartments themselves have a good storage which is something I’ve struggled to find in many residences I’ve viewed.

We're looking to move, and we have been trying for places that fit our specific needs. When we looked here and first visited here. we met with Jade, who was happily to show us the available units. She also gave us an amount of what we'd pay and wrote everything out for us. She was extremely helpful and was always happy to help. The manager here was also wonderful and extremely helpful, she was also very helpful with us. She offered to help find other units that fit our needs and was very welcoming to answer any questions we had. The staff are great here and were very helpful!

Highly recommend Tudor Village, the area is quiet and well managed. The office management is very nice and quick to responding to calls or emails. Maintenance is great as well to requests. Spacious patio’s, closets and living area for a one bedroom we lived in. Move in and move out process was very smooth and easy! Loved our time here.
