Tudor Gardens Townhouses

If there were 10 stars I would put just that! Absolutely incredible maintenance. As soon as you put a work order in, they come THE SAME DAY and if not first thing the next day! Super convenient by being able to put an order in by using the rent cafe, and also leaving me worry free every single time because they always handle every single call! Love it here, and highly recommend living here!

This place felt like home. I’ve had many nights where I felt safe knowing my car was secure, I had good neighbors, a nice view, and although their refrigerator is white (IYKYK), many nights were had where I danced around in my pajamas like a fool because I was happy here. I give you my sincere thanks.

Townhouses are nice but they consistently charge $38 more a month every time you sign a new lease. With little to no improvements on the properties. They should put it towards the electric bills because there is virtually no heat In the winter. The radiant heat is a joke. Have to rely on electric heaters.

This is the second time I’ve lived in a townhouse outside of Brooklyn. It is a very cozy and quiet place with an attached garage on the ground floor. One time I backed out my car too early and dented out the garage door, but thankfully maintenance service was very quick to respond, kind and courteous, making it hassle free. Snow removal is done in advance, and the lawn is mowed every Monday or so. I have no complaints at all, though sometimes wish more windows were equipped with modern-style screens for easier ventilation.

Tudor gardens was a great place to live, after moving back from AZ I was thankful to be able to move into Tudor garden. They were on top of every maintenance request and accommodating up until I moved out. I was a resident for 2 years and moved out after getting married. They are older apartments so the radiator heaters and small kitchen took some getting used to but I loved the location, the convience of an attached garage and having no responsibility of snow removal was a huge bonus for me. I did not have any issues with management, They were great. Thank you again Tudor Garden.
