Tudor Crest Apartments

I’ve been here about a year now and it’s ok I guess, I’d say my biggest complaint is being woken up by all the buses in the morning due to a bus lot right across the street. as well as some neighbors are loud and don’t know how to park correctly, and we have yet to be able to utilize the pool but I was told it was due to Covid-19.also if you have a issue that needs fixing it takes maintenance 4-5 months to come fix your problem.

I've just finished a year long lease there and I was very pleased with Patty, Mike, Malcom and Kathy. They were always quick to help or fix things. I never felt frustrated that issues were not being addressed. The rent was reasonable and the management is always looking for ways to improve. The grounds are kept tidy and parking spots are assigned. Which is wonderful. Communication was outstanding. If you're looking for a place to rent, check out this hidden gem of Kenosha!

Trash... they let anyone move in and all they cause are problems and cops will come around the neighborhood constantly. Do better, we actually like our neighborhood and not trying to have it go to hell because of these folks.

Patty ( the property manager) was not only etremely rude, but a very disgusting person all the way around. Horrible living conditions, place is completely falling apart, and not much is up to code. Stay far away from this place

I'm so upset that I was not given a chance to live here all because of $100 under there monthly income , I make over 3 times the amount of Rent and yet they didn't value the work you put in ! Coming from Miami Florida for a better cost of living this place leaves you with a bad taste
