I recommend them all the time to people that I do business with Including attorneys. I was referred to them by another client that had multiple properties with them. I wish I found out about this company many years ago because I would have a lot more rentals if I could’ve had them manage them for me. Kat, Jim and Gerald always go above and beyond the call of duty.

Not bad management company will get back for maintenance requests usually within 3 days or so. I wish they had a better move out process though to help the renter when moving out. Would’ve liked a list of what was needed to be completed to get most of my deposit back. I did expect to get nothing back though so I was surprised to get a little something back. Kathleen was not always the nicest to deal with but got the job done it seemed like.

This is my fifth year renting with Tucson Management. They are so nice. Any issue I’ve had, which has been few, has been handled with urgency. They have been more than fair with rental rates. The staff from office to maintenance are all very kind and professional. Highly recommended on my end.

I have 2 properties in Tucson and I have had Tucson Management take care of both for years. I have nothing but praise for them. They really know their business and do a wonderful job. I know good people when I see them because I had other management companies before and I have seen neglect and even dishonesty. I recommend Tucson Management without reservations. Addition to my comment: It is now end of 2021 and I still feel the same way about those efficient, reliable people.

After a long and exhausting house hunt My husband and I came across Tucson management Inc. They were so professional and friendly. We found a beautiful home at a great price to rent .Kathleen is very professional and straight to the point person. Casey is very helpful as well. Any maintenance issues we've had which has been very few minor things They send maintenance workers out the very next day. No complaints here Would definitely go with them for a second year !
