Tucson Landing

I have been at Tucson Landing for nearly a year and absolutely love it. The Leasing Office (Perla and Ramon) are great. The location is great. Just being able to walk to get groceries and dine are huge advantages in consideration of this property to others in Tucson. Being a distance from the major road (Irvington), having security gates and great lighting, makes this place a much safer place than any complex than most others in the city of Tucson. It is also very quiet here. While many say the rent is little high, the price is completely worth it. I love it here.

My company just installed three furnished apartments here, and the community is top notch! The grounds are kept in wonderful shape and the interiors have thoughtful extras such as a robe hook and modern solar shades. The best part of the community, however is Perla and Ramon; they are very kind and professional. Highly recommend.

I truly enjoyed my interactions with both Perla and Ramon. They did their best to make my experience in moving into Tucson Landing a very pleasant one. They listened to my feedback on the 2 months free move in special details, and how better to present that to prospective renters so there will not be any misunderstandings at lease signing time. Ditto, when it came to fees involved when you use your card for move in costs and how to make it better for the tenants. They respected my suggestions and took action on it. Also after my move in, Ramon immediately took action on issues seen in the unit upon my inspection. I have to say this, from all Luxury apartments I visited in Tucson, so far Tucson landing is on top from every angle I have seen so far. You need to make a move here.

Perla was amazing! Super helpful and made the overall process easy and stress free. Let me as well as my family members call her as many times as we needed and made sure we understood everything that was going on as first time renters.🥰

The leasing office was fantastic. Ramon and Pearla were on top of everything, took the time to answer all of my (and family members) questions. Very spacious room, clean campus, and location is close to several stores, restaurants and I19.
