I was referred to Tucson Foothills Management Company by my neighbor, and they managed my home for 2 years. Through 2 tenants and lots of challenges, they made my life very easy, as an out of town landlord. Everything was professional and prompt, never a worry about my house. I would recommend Jannene as a representative.

Thus far my experience has been positive! Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about working with a different property management company having been with the same one since relocating to AZ. However, my interactions with Sandi Schultz helped ease my mind! Sandi was extremely responsive during my search, the application process as well as after move-in. BEWARE OF THIS MANAGEMENT AGENCY—They charged a cleaning fee even though the apartment was totally clean, much cleaner than on the move in day. The staff was unhelpful from the first day of the rental contract to the last. Instead of going through this agency I would recommend contacting the office of the apartment building and asking for information on owners who are renting their unit. AVOID THIS AGENCY. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A MONTHLY FEE YET THEY ARE LAZY AND DO NOT ASSSIT YOU.

I have been working with Tucson Foothills Management, Jannene Johnson specifically, for a year now. They began managing my property when the previous management company did not meet expectations. Tucson Foothills has been amazing from day 1. They came to the property, did an evaluation and made their recommendations. The property was rented within a week of it being posted. Also, I met one their handymen who did some work and he was very helpful. If you need your property professional managed I would definitely recommend Tucson Foothills Management and Realty.
