So I just moved in here (December 2025) and got a killer deal. On what feels like a 2 bedroom for the cost of one. The second room is a Den with a door just no closet. As a single parent with little ones it’s a perfect fit. Most of all I’m extremely grateful for the beautiful woman in the front office Lana Schnexeider. She was everything and always there for me as I was going through the whole process from initial walk through to getting my keys To my new home. Thank you so much.

Excellent staff, very quiet area I live at, and the staff and maintenance are prompt to respond to any issues or concerns.The area is always maintained, and clean. I enjoy living here and love sitting out on my patio in the evening, so peaceful. All my neighbors are kind and friendly. I've been here nearly a year and happy I chose this place to live.

When I was looking for a home, I went to Tuckaway immediately as I'd had family living there prior! Deepa is absolutely amazing. She is very friendly and welcoming, patient, and explained everything in a way that I could understand. She exhibited professionalism in the highest regard, and made me feel so welcomed! I highly recommend working with Deepa if you're looking for a friendly face and warm atmosphere!

So far we've been here for 6-7 months and in that time the pool was opened for 4 days in June and July just 4 days! That's ridiculous ! and then closed for the remainder of the months which is sad to see a child's face when they can't go swim when it's 98+ degrees outside and it is closed now as we speak and has been for weeks , we still haven't received equipment to access any of the facilities (business , laundry, and gym ) we pay for since moving in and the dead bolts are locked on all of them which makes no sense at all and doesn't seem fair to pay for amenities and not get them it's irritating to have to constantly go in and ask for equipment... And still not get it !, The new ladies in the front are sweethearts and are never rude and always smile when you walk in but that only goes

I have had the distinct pleasure of receiving help from Isabel L. I was able to get assistance with my application process and able to take a tour. I am hopeful to be accepted....so far it's been an amazing experience with Isabel L. Thank you for all your help and patience.
