This is not a review for the realty side but from the management side of their business. Jose was amazing up until we returned the unit we were renting back over. For us it was a first in which you have a "so called" management company, they leave the final checkout and conditions up to the owners of the property. We would highly recommend always taking pictures prior to moving in and noting the condition of the property. Upon move out it is highly recommended you do a walk through with Tu Casa and the owner of the property. In Tu Casa's defense they ended up being our third management company within a few months for the property we were at.
