We were referred to the “Reef Team” by one of our vendor fixing our home. We met with Peter, and our first impression was that he was friendly. He gave us instructions on how to make our house more presentable to sell. We created a timeline, and we emphasized we would be early or on time with the deadline. With their team, you get staging included, which was a huge selling point for me to work with them. We signed the contract and were ready to have them sell our home.
