The apartment is great, brand new building with nice facilities, but the management need to work harder. 1) massive packages room, had to find the packages every time with no hint but just check it 1-by-1; 2) no planning of maintenance schedule, tenant should contact super for the schedule upon you received the notifications, please included more details of what’s next; 3) management in charge of facilities change the operation hours of facility-basically just modify the access by change everyone’s fob; 4) busy elevators, always had 1 on service over the weekend.

I was really excited to take a look at your properties, but unfortunately Megan has ruined that. Very difficult to work with and extremely rude. I understand I am just 1 person trying to find a place to call home and you deal with many folks on a daily basis, but your communications skills are terrible. Literally said "Well if you are serious about the building, I'm sure you would find the time". Well of course I want to see the building, but I also have to work. I scheduled a Saturday appointment for a reason. She cancelled 3 days in advance due to a potentail snow storm that is not supposed to start until Saturday evening. Used to be great but has progressively gotten worse, starting from more stipulations to the amenities, less active management, and the package room is a mess, worse yet, has a known thief but nothing is done about it. Cannot recommend living here with the current conditions
