Unless you want to give your house away don’t waste your time with this company’s bait and switch style of business. Worked with this company to sell four properties. I made it clear they needed a lot of work (roof, kitchens, bathrooms, floors, ect) they ensured me that it didn’t matter so we went under contract. Near the very end of the inspection period they changed all the offers to substantially lower amounts. They were also much more difficult to communicate with after the contract was signed. Don’t waste your time!
