I’ve had a great experience with this management company for my condo association. I especially want to thank Mercy for the wonderful job she does for the community. She’s attentive, patient, and always willing to help. I really appreciate everything she and the team do.

We have been working with Trust management for several years, and they have always been extremely responsive and hands on, as well as very proactive about solving issues in the building before they spiral out of control. They are quick to respond, be it via email, text, or a phone call, deal with the unavoidable and unexpected emergency diligently, be it a clogged plumbing pipe or what have you, and provide sound advice to the HOA. All the staff is courteous and efficient, but we particularly appreciate working with Mercy. We commend the owner too, for setting the tone.

After my wife, Maribel Ochoa, wrote a review, a rep. from Trust Management called back. Instead of apologizing for their poor customer service, they were confrontational and continued making excuses for their behavior. I’ve had multiple negative experiences with this company over time, but this was by far the most disrespectful. If you’re a customer good luck. If you’re a landlord, be aware of how your tenants may be treated.

Trust management was very very helpful for me today. I got a new vehicle and needed to swap out the vehicle information in order to be able to park my car with no problem. They were able to make the switch for me and advise the tow company immediately not delaying the process. Very grateful for their service today.
