I highly recommend Momentum Title! I recently sold my house and purchased a new house. The closing for the house I sold was with Momentum. Trying to coordinate selling and purchasing for the same day along with moving, not to mention different Title companies was stressful to say the least. Somewhere in my life I must have done something right because, Jessica offered up a solution to work with the Title company for the house I purchased that saved me hours on the day I was moving.
