My first experience with Truly Title was spectacular! As a Transaction Coordinator I ask Title Companies to provide me an update on a weekly basis. Every request for information from the Truly Title team was met with kind professionalism. Additionally, when I had a concern about something on a lien search, I called and spoke with Angie and asked many questions. She confirmed her information and walked me through every step of of my concern. I then mentioned I would call in a week about that item, making sure nothing surprising came up. She actually emailed me before that time with confirmation that everything was settled. Closing my first deal with Truly Title was an exceptional experience! The communication was steady and everything was dealt with in a timely fashion. My buyers had an out of town Title company to whom canceled on them twice with their mobile notary and were not notified until 8:30pm the night before closing. The Truly title team stepped up and offered to help them close the file while they there signing for their listed home. They saved my buyers the 2 hour drive to the closing table and a possible reschedule.They went above and beyond and I’m so grateful! I highly recommend this wonderful team! 10/10

Truly Title TRULY is a game changer to work with. As a Loan Officer I look to partner with local amazing teams that reflect my level of communication and desire to do the Borrower/Buyer Right. My Borrower had a closing for the sale of their current property here with Truly Title and then had a mobile notary for the Purchase of their next Property an hour later. The other Title company had issues with their mobile notary and there was going to be a delay or possible reschedule which would have really messed things up for our Client.
