I have been trying to refinance my DSCR loan for almost a year with 3 other companies, but Sam and Trulo finally got it done. My loan kept getting hung up in underwriting or the rate would switch up last minute, but Trulo actually wrapped up my loan in about a month at .125% lower rate.
