Trulo Homes - Tara Ridge

I was really excited to live here when I first moved in. However, the more time passed, the more problems started popping up. I will list the main ones here so you can avoid them if you are considering living here. For reference, I lived on Topping Ln, so some of these issues might only apply to the buildings in that section of the complex: The entire complex is poorly built. The buildings are cheaply made, the lack of trees between the buildings, and, the worst part, the streets are horrible. There are no rain grates, so anytime it rains, all the streets flood especially in the areas where the street dips into the sidewalk. On these days, the complex had a crew of men who had to literally VACUUM the water off of the street or else the tenants would get out of their cars and step in pools

Trulo homes is one of the best places to live in Bentonville/Rogers. The homes have modern interiors and luxurious finishes. I love the backyard and they have maintenance staff who keep it clean. The folks in leasing office are very sweet and kind. I worked with Alexus, she’s very friendly and helped me with all the move-in arrangements. Their heated pool and lounge area are my favourite amenities as well as the proximity to Bicycle trails and Indian store.

I moved here from Georgia, honestly not believing that these were actual, full sized homes with backyards for rent. Coming from my last 2 big cities, Atlanta and Charlotte, NC - it seemed such a foreign idea. But it was true! I LOVE the no carpet, my 2 dogs are such a hassle to clean up after, but not having carpet makes it SO much easier. The backyard makes it to where it’s not a chore to let them out anymore, simply open the door and let them go! At my point in life I was looking for something quiet and low-key and this absolutely fits the bill and continues to fit the bill every day!

we love it here!! the community is great and my neighbors are wonderful. i love having the pool and clubhouse so accessible. its a really neat style of living and im super thankful we stumbled upon it! 10/10!

Living here has been nothing but a headache. I pay for an assigned parking spot, yet the same person has parked in it countless times. Every single time I reported it, management would simply go ask the person to move—no consequences, no enforcement, nothing. Why am I paying extra for something that isn’t actually guaranteed? On top of that, about a month ago I reported the abundant water surrounding my entire apartment. Every where I walk, you can hear the water squishing under my shoes. Again, I have to pay extra for a "bigger" backyard so that my children can have somewhere to play and the entire time it has been rendered unusable. I was brushed off by the front office, told by an employee: “I’ve seen it, it’s because it puddles there.” Excuse me? Why is mine the only apartment that’s
