Truist Mortgage

I was harassed after my dad passed and I continued making payments on his mortgage and eventually was able to assume the loan. I began getting letters from truist claiming I owe them hazard insurance pay and they wanted proof. I sent in proof and continued getting letters claiming they have proof but are still going to charge me insurance premium. I had to call 5 different times, have a bank associate call as well. This went under a 2nd review after yall had enough evidence. I was told by 2 different people they did not list me correctly in the system and that is why they dont have the information needed and continued sending me letters. I was told that yall would over write it and handle it however I continued getting letters in the mail. I finally filed a formal complaint which took hour
