While True has plenty of glowing 5 star reviews, unfortunately I wasn’t one of the lucky ones. I had Erik come to my home to do a warranty inspection on my new construction house, as my warranty was about to expire and I wanted to know if there were any issues that I should address while it is still covered. He pointed out mostly minor issues, and failed to pick up on one GIANT problem, which is a leaking HVAC system that is saturating drywall in multiple rooms! I even mentioned that I had suspected that we had leaks and mold, and asked for him to check for moisture throughout the house. He still didn’t find anything. Side note: I already knew there was moisture and mold in the attic, and I knew there was a suspicious cold spot in one bathroom, which I told him to check and note for war
