Our experience with True Blue was less than. From miscommunication, to nicke-and-dimeing us with fees, to double dipping with fees on both the landlord side and the tenant side of things (ex.: charging $4,000 for a $10 screen patch and spot painting, and $2200 to replace a toilet when a flapper would fix it), not to mention over charging for repairs (when they actually did respond, which was rare), and ridiculous fees for anything that was in the least bit needed. If you are thinking about leasing with this company, please know that there is a lot hidden in the leases, and I would recommend involving a lawyer before signing anything. OR... just don't work with them at all.

Front the start our whole experience with True Blue Rentals has been amazing. With the housing market as crazy as it is, we decided to rent out our home. Never having done this before, Matt and his team have made this decision and transition seamless. They got our home rented out in less than a month!! We look forward to continue to do with business with them.

Currently moving to SC and have been working with Dani with True Blue Home Rentals. She's been very receptive and open with communication. She assisted in getting us into a rental in short time, smooth and easy process thus far. She was able to show us a place, even after hours, which was amazing! Certainly would recommend Dani and her team if you're looking for a rental in the Charleston area!

I was apprehensive about using a property management company, but am very pleased to have chosen True Blue. I have had a very positive experience so far and they were able to get my house rented right at the 2 week mark!! In addition, the communication has been a 10/10. Each time I’ve called they answer!! The onboarding process was seamless and I would recommend True Blue to friends and family!
